No Physical Shipping

PalMove provides man and van / removals services only.
We do not sell or ship physical goods through our website.

All purchases made on this website are for services, including labour, vehicle use, and time-based removals assistance, carried out at an agreed date and location.


Service Delivery

Instead of shipping items, our services are delivered in person at the customer’s chosen address and scheduled time.

  • Services are provided on the date and time confirmed at booking

  • A booking is secured once payment is completed online

  • No physical delivery, postage, or courier services are involved


Coverage Area

Our services are primarily provided within London and surrounding areas.
Requests outside these areas may be accepted upon enquiry and confirmation.


Delays & Access

While we aim to arrive on time, PalMove is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Parking restrictions or enforcement

  • Building access issues

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access at the service location.


Shipping Charges

As PalMove does not ship physical goods:

  • No shipping fees apply

  • No delivery methods need to be selected at checkout

Any additional costs (such as parking fees, congestion charges, ULEZ, tolls, or building management charges) are not shipping fees and are outlined separately in our Pricing and Terms of Service.
